THE WHAT

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp nut butter

1 tbsp My Daily Chai - Make My Day blend

1 tsp original maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract 

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tsp chopped walnuts

1 tsp coconut flakes


THE HOW

  • In a bowl, mix the almond milk and nut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in the My Daily Chai, Make My Day blend, maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Gently add the rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds.  
  • Stir until well combined. 
  • Add extra milk if you prefer a more liquid consistency.
  • Spoon mixture into a mason jar, seal and store in the fridge overnight.
  • Serve, top with chopped walnuts and coconut flakes.  
  • Drizzle with additional maple syrup if desired.
